• Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial Banks with minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager.
• Ability to take challenge, achieve target and give all effort for ensuring excellence in Banking.
• Must be highly committed to customer service, marketing and business development;
• Sound knowledge about General Banking/ Credit/Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Credit Administration.
• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc.
• Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills.
